I really noticed a difference with this product helping my bloat. Make sure you drink plenty of water and I suggest starting with only 1 capsule for the first few days and gradually get to the full 3 capsules. I also suggest starting at a time that you are home because it may make you need to use the restroom more than you would like! I am purchasing this again as I feel I benefit from it and I love most OBVI products!*

The first few days were touch and go with making sure I needed to be close to the restroom. I am on week 2 and really see a difference with my gut health. I feel lighter and not so bloated. It also depends a lot on what I eat. I eat a pretty healthy, low carb, very low amount of dairy diet. I will purchase again*

It works. Not sure if 3 pills a day are necessary. I'm on day 10 and would have thought that by now things would have become more normal and it still hasn't. Can't believe that it really hasn't already detoxed my system but I guess not. I will finish bottle but doubt I ever purchase again. Hate the bloated feeling from it.*
