Both taste great...the chocolate a little better than the vanilla. However, the difference is that the vanilla doesn't have as strong a taste. That being said...it's easier to mix other supps with the vanilla, especially if said supps are themselves flavored. The protein to calorie ratio is decent, low carbs, low sugar, and they even include Himalayan sea salt*

Blends Real well with cream of rice or oatmeal. Blends Real well alone as well. The vanilla taste is perfect. Not too sweet not bland at all neither. This is by far the best protein I’ve had and I switched it from isoflex. This protein is superb and had to get another one right away. Highly reccomend this.*
