Using this to help me with weight loss, I work out and diet and this is supposed to supplement my efforts: I'll be honest I didn't notice much improvement at first and it doesn't make you lose lots of weight right away, instead it seem to regulate things so that I am now consistently losing weight each week.
Let me be clear its a good product, but don't expect massive weight loss from taking it in the short term, very much a long term weight loss tool.*
