Great ingredient profile and decent taste. I do caution you....you need to know up front...when you put it in a shaker, the contents develop pressure. If you don't open the spout to relieve some of the pressure every few shakes...IT WILL ERRUPT !!!....lol....had to repaint the wall in that section of my workout room.*

At 59, I always use EAA's instead of BCAA's (based on from what I've read and heard).
I have tried many brands of EAA's over the past several years, and NUTREX with the added Hydration matrix puts this over the top!
It is my clear favorite for its mixability, the great flavors, and its balanced ingredient profile.
I have noticed my recovery is greatly improved from this product.
This is perfect for hydrating during my workout, and I mix a diluted glass of it at home instead of drinking sodas. - I do not like plain water.
I will purchase no other EAA powder unless something can match what this has to offer.
