I did a 12 week cycle and I got pretty good results. I saw some strength gains and improved endurance. I don't really measure these things but what I do look at is the mirror and the scale. There was noticeable changes there and for me that's all that matters. I also will say that I have increased vascularity. I recommend this.*

I'm about halfway through my first cycle of this and the thing I noticed the most so far is increased vascularity. I have veins popping than I think ever before. A slight increase in strength. It will be interesting to see the results at the end of the cycle. So far, so good! Highly recommend!*
