I love the waist trainer and gel included in this pack. I use it twice a day, so I'm really hoping to see great results soon. I do get the shakes and a bit of nausea from the pills if I don't take it with a meal, which is natural with any meds, but it passes after a bit. Hope it works!*

Great bundle. I am on day 3 and I can tell it’s helping me burn more calories. But hopefully in 30 days see some change. The gel gets the core on fire when applied with the wrap. Word of advice, Do not jump in a hot shower afterwards if it’s still activated on the skin. I like that the thermos is not a high dose of caffeine. Can still have my coffee without over doing it. Looking for good results.*

Good product, definitely seems to be working well. The gel on the other hand I wouldn't recommend. Maybe my skin is to sensitive for it, but when I use it my skin looks and feels like it's sunburned. Not very pleasant.*
