I bought this with a bow go deal by one get one free it does put you to sleep shortly after you take the pill but does not let you stay asleep even though it says extended release I’ve had other melatonin products that are much better*

Not a huge fan. I have been using for a week now. The pills do make me feel groggy shortly after I take them, but my sleep has gotten noticeably worse since I started taking them. I will invariably wake up between 3 and 5 am and stay awake for several hours after. It's a shame, because for the 2 weeks before these pills arrived, I was sleeping up to 7 or 8 am, regardless of whether or not I went to bed early. Will not repurchase.*
