I rate this liquid form of Melatonin very highly as it is a far more flexible way to achieve my desired dose with drops as opposed to a fixed 3mg tablet or capsule form...I like to take only 0.75mg/night which translates to 1/4 of the regular 20 drops (3mg dose) = 5 drops...Both the taste and the usual Now Foo ds quality are excellent...*
