Unflavored is the one I choose. It's super bitter on its own but I mix it with vitamin powder and it goes down smooth. Great for cardiovascular health. Taking this for years with no issues.*

I’ve been using NOW Foods Double Strength L‑Arginine (1,000 mg tablets) for about 6 weeks (1 g before and after workouts), and here’s what I’ve noticed:
Better pump & endurance: I feel stronger during training and recover faster afterward.
Improved circulation: Cooler hands/feet and more consistent energy throughout the day.
Clean formula: I appreciate the lack of unnecessary fillers and the capsule/tablet is vegan and gluten-free.
Minor downside: The tablet is quite large—easy with juice, but I sometimes break it in half.*

I'm liking this particular dosage of L-Arginine in pill form as I only have to take one capsule in order to get the required effect as a workout precursor. Other brands I've tried, you'll need to take 2-3 capsules before your workout to feel the effect. Got this on sale & am very happy - I'll probably continue to buy this going forward in the future.*
