It's hard to find HMB in powder form anywhere online these days. So, when I find this on sale & in stock, I'll buy 2 or 3 bottles. It mixes well, but does have a discernible taste if you don't mix it with other products. I always mix this with Creatine - I recommend that you do the same in your pre or post-workout drink.*

Been buying this for a few years now. I always wait until it goes on sale & then I'll buy two or three (I do this, because it sometimes falls out of stock). It mixes well & has a very pleasant taste. I usually mix this in both my pre & post-workout shake if I'm in the middle of a heavy or unusually challenging training cycle.*

HMB has plenty of good research to back it's ability to prevent muscle loss due to aging and other factors, but I primarily use it because I workout fasted.
If you're reading this and you workout fasted, ditch the BCAAs and EAAs and switch to HMB.
You'll be doing yourself a huge favor.*

This is a really good way to get some HMB into your pre or post-workout diet. I don't like taking pills, so I mix in a little of this into my daily shake(s). It mixes well with little or no taste. Got it on sale & will buy again in the future.*

Mixes well. Doesn't have a 'taste' so can be mixed with anything. Only 4 days in and can't really tell the difference in recover or reduction in soreness. Will circle back around on this one after a couple of weeks.*

This stuff isn't always in stock at most sites online, so I always grab it when I see it on sale. I prefer the powder versus the pills as this stuff mixes really well & has no taste effect on my pre-workout shake.*

This is the best way to get daily HMB in powder form; since, you can really only get it from pill source, normally. Some select proteins (like MuscleTech Elite) have HMB & a few other exotics (like Creactor) have it as well. But, this is the best & most affordable source in a controlled amount - if you can find it in stock. My advice: buy this on sale & stock up by grabbing 3 or 4.*

I've been using this product in conjunction with my BCAA's for a few weeks now. I feel good & it seems like this is definitely aiding in my recovery & glycogen storage. It's hard to find HMB anywhere out there that's affordable, so this powder does the trick in terms of bang-for-the-buck. Also, the powder has almost no discernable taste, so you can effectively mix it with just about anything. I'll make this a go-to for recovery going forward in the future.*
