When NOW described that this product helps nervous tension, I was immediately drawn to give it a try. I was born with a very anxious temperament and despite anything I've tried to do to control that over the years, I am still stuck with being hypersensitive and/or skittish about certain instances or even thoughts. I started taking some of these daily before going to bed, and I do believe that they did help toughen me up in that regard. I noticed that I became a little less hesitant, more expressive about my needs/feelings, and less startled by the little things. I think this formula does offer some significant benefits, so anyone curious to try it should seriously give it a go.*
