I've been using this now for a few years due to the cost-effectiveness of the product. Mixes easily & has a sweet, pleasing taste. Got it on sale & stocked up, as sometimes, depending on when you buy it, this is not always in stock. I mix it with a (much more expensive) carbohydrate powder & the two combined give me real, sustainable energy to fuel my rigorous workouts & exercise regimen.*

I bougth it to use it for a postworkout shake (with protein and other types of carbs) but in my opinion it helps me more from the middle to the end of the workout. Its like a refuel of energy , to help me recover and get the job done!*
