Easy to swallow capsules. I seem to have more energy now. I've been taking them for about a fortnight.
As is common with taking Iron , I understand, I have noticed a change in my ' number two's' .
Darker and a bit sticky but not constipated as such .
The tablets took a long time to arrive but thats OK
