Love the fact it has green tea. Scientific research has shown the benefits of these supplements. Hard for me to say how well it works stand alone. I have a strict high protein hypocaloric diet while Im on this CLA product for cutting but feel it aids in the success of getting to goal body fat percentage with minimal muscle loss. *
