I’ve tried a lot of Multi vitamins, the reason I like this one is its absorption. If you have ever taken a multi, then you know that most will not absorb and will end up being discarded by the body. This one doesn’t and it is very well dosed for someone with a hectic lifestyle. *

Man I dunno if multivitamins work or not. I do know that this one has a good nutrient profile and the addition of digestive enzymes does help keep things moving when I’m eating aggressively for a bulk. Other additions like veggies, greens, arginine, beet round it out nicely. Maybe I’m pissing it all out who knows but I do feel better when I take a multi and this one is cheap and from a trusted company. *

These seem to work well. I appreciate the simple variety of greens and vitamins without including ridiculous things like proteins, test boosters, BCAAs, etc. If you need additional supplements fine, but don’t put them in a vitamin pack. *
