Added to regiment of a few other supplements but haven’t noticed any real difference at about half the bottle. Gave a three because it’s right in the middle and can’t report anything really good or bad. Like that it’s only one pill for dosage not a handful. *

I think it does work, I don't feel any extra energy when taking it to gym, but after a short period of time, I do feel my muscle gains, not an incredible gain, but some, I have been constantly workout for 5 years, and always stay in about the same range of muscle mass, I think this helps a little to break my normal range, even though not a lot, I'm glad to see it*
