Cell tech tastes really good and has a distinct ALA taste, I love how ALA tastes. Syntha 6 is dense. For Yeah Buddy, I really doubt there's 420 mg of caffeine but all I need is half a scoop and I'm completely awake and my mind is clear. There is a pill after taste that I got used to and I'm glad there was a pill after taste. Made me tingly, awesome pre work out Ronnie Coleman, I've never had a RC product, I think I'm going to try other products.*
