Roar is a basic pre workout, no tingling. Nutrex made my legs super good and sore the first time I used it. This product will be perfect for ultrathon training. I've never had a protein powder that repaired my muscles even a little bit how meat does but this protein powder does that enough that it's noticeable. Double epic Hot Buy Stack*
