Took this product when it came out years ago, took for granted how good this product is. Being an older lifter, my recovery is better and muscle fullness is more prominent. Originally bought the Raspberry but the dye was too much for me. I think the fruit punch is more refreshing than the raspberry but that flavor is very drinkable. *

You gotta understand this product has every single thing in that you need for recovery at the end of your workout I buy 4 jugs at a time just so I never run out of it I make sure to take it every time I get done working out and I always recover.*

Have been a Myozene user for decades, but they never put it on sale and currently only have one flavor available for months now so I decided to try Dark Matter and I see similar results, but at a better price and a variety of flavors always available. I would recommend giving this a try if you haven't already.*

Dark matter it's one of the best things out there for post-workout recovery if you've never tried this you have to try it and do exactly like it says take 2 scoops after your workout then don't have anything for a whole hour and I guarantee you you will not be sore the next day.*

Absolutely love this stuff. Use it after runs, rides, the gym...anytime. The ingredients are solid, no GI issues and blue raspberry has a great taste. Fruit punch is ok in a pinch but BR is definitely the move.*
