This product work great. I even use it as pre work out. 2 pills before my work out and I’m energized and get a nice pump. I don’t even need the 4 pills as recommended on the directions. Plus you burn more too. More servings which helps for great value. *

I usually take it 40 minutes before training, but only 2 eyes. When I ate 4, it made my heart spin a lot and I didn’t feel good (I don’t have a blood pressure problem). Therefore, I recommend taking 2 * 2 eyes a day, no later than 3 in the afternoon, because sleep is otherwise difficult.*
