Two scoops with a splash of water and 4.5oz of liquid eggs whites and it’s like drinking a peanut butter cookie milk shake!!! Absolutely delicious! The only reason I’d didn’t give it 5 stars is because they use sucralose instead of Stevia. Sucralose causes inflammation for me. I keep ordering though! *
