Beware: The fruit punch flavor for this is disgusting. I’ve only used it once and I’m trying to return it because I cannot bear the taste. However, the pre-workout seem to work as intended. It gave me a good energy kick, and mental focus. Hopefully M&S will let me exchange it for a different flavor*

This Product gave me a Great Pump, Great Energy During and After Workout, and Great Mental Focus. No Jitters or Itch, just ready to hit it hard. I'm torn between keeping or sending it back for a refund, because the taste is Extremely horrible. I've never had any Pre-Workout taste this nasty, it even leaves a nasty aftertaste. I don't know if I have a bad batch/mix, or what, it reminds me of a bunch of chopped up chalky medical pills.*

This was my first pre-workout, I messed up and took it around 330pm and at 130am my heart was still pounding. Hard lesson learned mornings only. But it worked I feel like it made my works out a bit more focused. *

I always try to find the best in a product, but with GAT Sport PMP Fruit Punch flavor I can’t find anything good. The taste is by far the worst preworkout I have ever tried and I’ve tried most all brands. First day I took one scoop and felt nothing and second day was two scoops still with no effect. You may be asking why, if it tastes so bad, did I try it twice….I was just making sure it wasn’t something I had eaten the first day that caused the taste…second day was without eating anything and the taste still gagged me. Will definitely not buy this again, but am still a fan of most GAT products.*

It does ok for the price (bought it on sale). It doesn't seem to be as potent (stimulating) as some of the other top tier (more expensive) stim based pre-workouts that are available.*

I'm not much of a green apple fan, but it's honestly pretty good. Not that I'm ever to concerned about the taste of the preworkout but I have to admit this pre is not like others where you have to choke it down. I chose this pre because it's stim free and still allows me to get a great pump.*

This seems to wear out before my workout is over. I usually have a good amount of energy for a 20-30 minute cardio session after an hour of weightlifting, but when I take this I am tired after lifting to the point 15 minutes of cardio is a struggle.*

Never tried this but always loved GATs nitraflex wanted to get this to try the stim free provides great focus but don’t feel the pumps to be as solid as nitraflex overall still a great pre workout *

This is not the GAT Sport PMP but the Stim free. I'm not good with stimulants so I need a good stim free. The stim free is one of the only stim free products out there that work. It increasing my endurance and strength.*
