The mass gainer has a good ratio of protein to carbs for its calories per serving, in addition to a continuously-enjoyable flavor. The only negative is that it took me upwards five to ten minutes of shaking my shaker bottle to properly mix it with water. Anything less than that left the shake chunky. The directions say you can use "any liquid", but milk, oat milk, and soy milk were impossible to mix in a shaker bottle, only possible with a blender. The flavor also became overly-rich and syrupy when using just the directed liquid and powder ratio, so I use about 25% more liquid, which is the best ratio for this powder, in my opinion.*

The flavor is great, and the product seems to be doing its job as a weight gainer. My only complaint is that this powder does not mix up well at all. No matter how much time or effort you dedicate to shaking this product it will be grainy like sand.*

I’ve used 3 of these 12lb bags because this product is that good. Most of the calories are maltodextrin (empty calories), so this is better for dirty bulking. Creatine and digestive enzymes make this a great value. Mixability is great and both vanilla and chocolate flavors are good.*
