Proven Whey has been part of my daily ritual for two years now. Vanilla flavor tastes great, can easily be changed to chocolate with a teaspoon of cocoa. Two scoops delivers 50g of protein plus add ins.

Dissolves great with water or milk, blended is best, shaken or stirred is good too. Great taste too! I’ve stuck with the Gaspari brand for over 20 years and will for many more. *

This product used to be a 5 star product but they changed it from being 100% hydrolyzed whey protein isolate to a blend of isolate and hydrolyzed isolate as the second ingredient. Unfortunately for me it now causes digestive issues that i don't get from a 100% hydrolyzed product.*

The flavor is on point but my stomach can't tolerate Gaspari's whey for some reason. No problem with Dymatize or Species whey isolate. Love Gaspari egg protein though.*

Decent protein, very sweet from all of the artificial sugars. Strawberry is normally my favorite flavor, this brand's is okay, and I would readily try one of their other flavors. Gaspari is a proven quality brand*

Best taste whey isolate protein. Has decent amount of protein and gets mixed well. Cinnamon French Toast somehow doesn’t dissolve well than the other flavours but not too bad. Strawberry is the only bad one, has strong chemical taste but still better than some of other leading brands. My favourites are blueberry cobbler and cinnamon french toast. *
