EXACTLY the same as Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Musclevite. Same packaging, same labeling, exact same ingredients and dosages. Pick whichever you can get the better deal on. Both are dosed for active adults, with large doses of B-12, and some "extras" like beta alanine etc. Good product.*
