Excellent product for daily use.for me its like candy hah i take it few times a day for super recovery ,fullnes and no post workout pains .Complements well my railway job where walking with full stomach all night isnt a good idea.Few extra tabs with superior amino solves this problem for me.THanks !*

This is MOST DEFINITELY the BEST BCAA out there in my opinion PLUS you get a GREAT DOSE OF CREATINE BEFORE N AFTER YOUR WORKOUT. Strength will definitely go up with use of this.
