I think that this is probably one of the very best beet-based products on the market in pill form (read the label!). Costs more than the other standard beet products that you can get at Wal Mart, Target or Walgreen's; but, it's probably worth it. Especially, if you get it on sale like I did. I can't give it 5 stars because it asks that you take 3 tablets daily (with a meal).*

I may be biased. I cannot handle any beet powder or greens powder. So I picked this. A massive after taste that does not go away no matter how much water I drank and I felt no difference being on this or not.*
