Great product, great quantity, great price. The added caffeine and fiber is effective. but with 100mg you can get jittery if you drink coffee too. I lost around 40 pounds over the last half year and this for sure had an impact.*

I take this as a part of my daily gut maintenance. I do not suffer from any gut problems either, but I believe that adding some fibers and good bacterias on a daily basis keep my digestion functioning well.
