This is ok. Ingredients are just run of the mill amino acids. They help build muscle but the dose is pretty low. Especially for having to take 5 pills. Not a difference maker. Overpriced for $20*

I was very sceptical at first, but thought I would try this. I’m 59 and have a reasonable amount of muscle. During the month of Ramadan, fasting makes me lose a fair bit of strength and muscle mass. However this month I’m pleased to say this product has allowed me to sleep better and lose maybe 10-15% only.
This will be a must have product from now on. *

This product helped me with sleep to an extent. I definitely had to take it before bed rather than before lifting because it almost made my muscles too relaxed, which I don't prefer when lifting. I was not super impressed with the product but it's worth a shot.*
