This product has a significant stimulating affect. It can be used as a pre-workout supplement because it is that strong. I would use caution using it with other stimulants, such as coffee, before working out. It may be too much. In terms of a fat burner, it is difficult to tell whether it is effective because there are so many other factors involved with reducing bodyfat.*
