First time ever taking a post workout. I can tell you now after the 2nd day, it was like pain just went away. Didn’t believe in taking anything, but after 5yrs of going hard everyday, I was burnt ! Inflammation every morning waking, couldn’t roll over on my elbows. But now it’s like an over night cure. So far so good, I’ll give an up date on the 30th day.*
