Similar to the texture/taste of the old myoplex by EAS. This one has six grams of carbs versus 16 in the regular syntha 6, and it's better tasting.*

First time using this product. The mix ability in water is excellent. I have not tried it in milk. The chocolate flavor tastes like watered down chocolate milk. It is easy to drink and not too sweet and not too thick. I have no bloating. I highly recommend this product when on sale…otherwise the price can be a bit high for my budget.*

Chocolate was phenomenal, really Chocolate milkshake flavored. Great for ninja creami ice creams
Recipe:
2 scoops Chocolate protein powder
2 eggs
150ml almond milk
150ml water
4 tbs of cocoa
.5 tbs of xanthum gum
Hands down BEST ice cream Chocolate base. And I'm picky here. After blending, cook it very softly for 2-3min stirring constantly. The custard will give you the best mouthful and flavor w/o any carbs. You dont need sweetness because protein is sweet enough.
Strawberry was disappointing, I was expecting like nesquick. But this was actually too creamy and not enough Strawberry flavor. It almost taste like an off vanilla with a HINT of 1 Strawberry. Strawberry milkshake is my favorite and I heard so many good things about bsn Strawberry but for me 2-3/5*

I have tried 100's of protein powders. Only speaking to the flavor profile, could be a top 3 all time flavor. Both flavors are amazing in water and when mixed with a flavored creatine or electrolytes. BSN is my new go to now.*
