Sooooo, I took this product routinely the past year or two, with good results. That extra little layer of hard to shed ab and back fat came off and the ab vascularity showed up. I cycled off of the product for about 10 months for unrelated reasons and the layer of fat returned and vascularity disappeared. I started back on the remaining product that I had and within 3 weeks, the fat started coming off and vascularity returned. This confirmed for me that the benefit of leaning out was directly tied to this product and not some other variable. So much so, I ordered two more containers of it and it's back into my routine of a great product.*

I like the Blu Raz but would not recommend the latest Cherry Lime. It tastes wonky and I am not a fan of it. The other flavors seem better. Maybe I just got one that was off, hopefully*

Cherry lime came a little bit like off flavor this time, tastes different from other times that i bought it but all other was perfect very good for intraworkout.*
