Pretty intense in zinc and magnesium, you feel sleepy 30mn after taking it with melatonin but it miss something to fullfill a very deep sleep.
Might be good to uncolor the very blue caps to take off the colorant to be more healthy.
As no, this product has a pretty good and solid formula*
