A great vitamin pack all around. Great quality product. I found out how much of a difference they make when I didn't reorder soon enough and went a couple of days without taking them. Those few days I was sluggish and not on top of my game, not to mention the muscle soreness was more intense. I will continue to buy these and would recommend to anyone looking for a good supplement*
