I’ve felt a difference taking these to help strengthen joints for heavy lifting. When I ran out I did start feeling some soreness in my knees but now that I’ve got them again that soreness has slowly left. so I do believe this actually works or maybe it’s just the placebo effect but I’ll take it. *
