Level of stims are ok could be a bit higher. Mixes up fine with a bit of water. Taste is a bit odd and not accurately described by being called white raspberry, it is more of a raspberry iced tea while not bad it was not what I expected.*

Pretty good flavor. There is a bit of an aftertaste but it is manageable. It doesn't feel as energizing as other preworkouts I have had but I like that it doesn't have any artificial colors and I am excited to see the long term effects of some of the other ingredients.*

I think overall product is fine I love the bcaas built in but the flavor, white raspberry is terrible! I've made a few videos for my social media (don't worry I don't have a reach at all it's just friends and family mostly) but just to show the reaction to the taste. I'm glad I caught such a good deal but would definitely prefer a fruit punch or peach mango over white raspberry.*
