I mainly take R-ALA to speed up nerve recovery due to a cervical injury and for overall nerves health. All I can say is that this is the most efficient and effective brand I came across. Works well, and you can tell the difference after continious use. My dosage is 2 tabs twice daily, and I was able to see results after the first 4 weeks. You can't go wrong with this form of R-ALA, and the price of this product specially if its on offer.*

I've been using the R-ALA for almost a year now after having used pllain ALA for several years. R-ALA is more expensive than regular ALA but the AllMax R-ALA is the most affordable product that I've come across.*
