I bought this for my grand daughter along with a few vitamins to see if it helped with her acne. It did! Not immediately but she noticed some differnece with less inflammation and redness in about 2 weeks and after about a month and a half she had no new acne (which is amazing) and her scars are slowly getting lighter as well. For refernce she has a terrible diet and is 13.*
