The packaging is too bulky because 3/4 is empty space. The content is not correct and instead of 90 capsules there are 85 or about 5% less, so the question arises whether it is a random error or the manufacturer's intention to sell a smaller package at the same price. I hope that the enzyme content is not reduced as much as the amount of capsules, and therefore the effectiveness of the preparation can only be checked through the consumption of various types of food.*

Can’t say I have noticed a definitive difference, but I don’t regret the purchase. I take these before large meals and my protein shakes. Not all protein powders include digestive enzymes in their formula like Cellucor (check their labeling), and this was cost effective on sale and just made sense*
