The supplement is probably pretty good. But for those from Brazil, it's not worth buying from Muscle and Strength. I bought the product with the fastest shipping and the goods took 01 week to leave the US, and from the US to Brazil it took another 18 days. Product was purchased on February 27th and only arrived in Brazil on March 24th.*
