Flavor is good. I just started using this one so I can't really tell if I can feel "pump" at the moment..... I will give it another week and see how it works. I noticed it makes me sweat more than normal, but that is my reaction to most of the pre workouts. Overall it isn't bad product.*

Blue Ras tastes ok, better with the more scoops you use. As for its effects, I don't feel anything when taking it. Only bought it because it was a BOGO, doubt I'll get it again. I'll try something else when I'm done with this.*
