I have been using this product for years and have found it to be of high quality. With the ability to break the tablets in half to customize my dosage, that is a huge benefit for me since I don't necessarily need 200mg all at once. As a 150lb woman, sometimes 200 mg of caffeine all at once is too much! Price point is competitive too so I will keep coming back!*

boosts energy. but alertness and awake feeling is not that good enough . caffeine content is good. be careful to not consume at night time. concentration level improved much extent. cut coffee usage while taking this pill . equal to 2 cups of coffee. avoid any other energy drinks when you take this pill. efficiency improvement will be seen with in 30 minutes of taking pill.*
