I bought beta-alanine as I read that it is able to help me with muscular endurance during training. I am not sure if it works after taking it, although I did experience the tingle effect that beta-alanine is supposed to give. I chose to buy from ALLMAX, as I believe that this is a high quality brand and I won't go wrong from choosing their products for my supplement needs.*
