Recovering from shoulder reconstruction. This is definitely one of the building blocks required to “build” muscle, mass, and strength on my new “scrawny” shoulder. Hitting the recovery pretty hard at 18 months now. Curling  90lbs; three sets of 10 reputations and BCAAA has built some pretty solid mass on my new bicep, rotor cuff, and labrum.
