NOW Whey Protein is a delicious blend of three of the highest quality whey protein concentrates, isolates and hydrolysates from around the world: Ultrafiltered, Cross-Flow Microfiltered and Enzymatically Hydrolyzed (partially predigested). This blend of specially processed whey proteins is designed to maximize amino acid absorption and Biological Value (BV). Extra L-Glutamine has been added (380-460mg per serving) because of its important role in protecting muscle tissue from breaking down under stressful, vigorous physical activity.*

Most people consume way too much sugar. NOW Whey Protein does not use sugar at all, it uses xylitol. As a sweetener, xylitol is an excellent choice. Whereas some sweeteners may cause health risks, studies show that xylitol has actual health benefits. It doesn't spike blood sugar or insulin, starves the plaque-producing bacteria in your mouth and feeds friendly microbes in your digestive system. On top of that, NOW Whey Protein tastes good.*

I usually get the plain and tried the chocolate because the plain was out. I personally find it too sweet and luckily had a half a jar of plain and mixed it. It has good flavor though and mixes in quite nice.*
