Ingredients
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Gelatin Capsule, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (1 capsule) with a glass of water, up to (2) times daily.

Prefer tablets because you can break them in half. These work fine, but I found more effective when I open the capsule and pour into a drink rather than just taking the pill. *
