I use this stuff on a daily basis. I recommend that you don't drink it after 4pm if you have plans to sleep before midnight. I am a big fan of the fruit punch flavor, but I don't like the green apple as much.*

The flavor is good not the best but I usually don't really taste it much when I drink it. But as far as energy goes this is definitely the MOST energizing pre-workout I have ever taken. It’s a preworkout though I wish there was more than just caffeine and then just some minor ingredients. The yohimbe really messes with my stomach and I’ve been close throwing up during or after a workout until now I’m practically sick to my stomach the whole time worrying about puking*

This is my first time trying 3XT, it kind of sneaks up on you. It doesn't hit hard all at once. I'm use to "Stimmed Up" and "Gameday". This isn't bad, I like it. The taste is a little mediciney? But, not bad. The caffeine content is a little higher but, like I said, it sneaks up on you, I wonder how they did that? I'm a fan.*
