It's very mild; I did not feel any energy from it at all. Flavor is good but I am very disappointed with it consider the low amount in the container and it's high price, I won't buy this again. Universal used to have better quality & quantity back in the day but now they have become just as low quality and cheap like all the other supplement companies.*

The taste is good and mix very well. I don’t deal with high  caffeine products very well It gives me headaches. Amino Octane is just enough to push me in the gym without the down fall of to much  caffeine. *
