Fantastic stim-free preworkout. I'm sensitive to caffeine and go to the gym after work so I needed something that wouldn't keep me up all night. This preworkout gives me a great pump without feeling cracked out. If you need a little extra pick-me-up you can always take a caffeine pill. The mango lemonade flavor is AMAZING! I even keep a little to sip on during my first few sets. I would drink this stuff all day if I could. Full price is a little expensive, but if you can catch it on sale the price isn't too bad.*

Not really a fan of the flavor but it seems to help during workouts. I chose this product because it's a non-stim option and the brand name seemed cool. I'm one of those who does feel tingly or burning sensation from the beta alanine. It took a few times to get used to the effects but seems fine now*
