Take it easy. I’ve had a monster or two as a pre workout in the past, but never a concentrate. I tried a scoop of this stuff, failed a heavy set, and then drank another half scoop. By the end off the workout (which was brutal), I was shaking and felt like I had the chills. Now I start with a half scoop (as stated clearly in the directions), and it does a good job of providing energy without messing me up. Good taste, just don’t overdo it. *

I fell in love with fina flex Stimul8 years ago.  Its a great product and it will give you what your looking for to get through a session where a pick me up is required or even the energy needed to get through.  Really good focus is also an additive*

Excellent. I use it as a fat burner powder more than as a pwo, but for me the energy and flavor is on point. Many flavors to choose. I like Watermelon and Gummys*
